Saturday 5th September- Under 10 Boys, Under 10 Girls, Under 12 Boys, Under 12 Girls, Under 14 Girls (BRC ‘C’), Under 17 Boys, Under 17 Girls
Sunday 6th September- Under 14 Boys (afternoon check-in close)
Age-groups
Under 10 – 2017, 2019 & 2019 (Size 0 Epees) – Younger fencers would require a coach sign off that it is appropriate to take part.
Under 12 – 2015, 2016 (Size 2 or 0 Epees)
Under 14 – This will be a British Ranking Under 14 Circuit ‘C’ event for those born in 2013 or later (We will set the schedule to allow Under 12s to double up with Under 14 Event). Fencers must be 10 or older on day of event to compete in the Under 14 category. (Size 2 or 0 Epee)
Under 17 – 2010, 2011, 2012
Initial entry closing date – 16th August 2026 – £10 additional late entry fee after 16th August. – Entries Closed
£25 for 2nd category if doubling up with BRC ‘C’ event.

Usual Event Format – One Round of Poules, no cut, followed by Direct Elimination. (variation may be required depending on entry numbers)

Saturday schedule to be published around initial entries close date. Earliest expected check-in time 9.30am.
Sunday – Under 14 Boys BRC ‘C’ Event – Check-in close afternoon (exact time to be confirmed at entries close date).

To minimise crowding at the event, please only bring those that need to be along.
Coaches – Coaches must register that they will be attending the event by initial entries close date (late applications may not be accepted). Coaches need to email eliteepeejuniorseries@hotmail.co.uk with their BF membership number to be added to the event ‘coach register’. Coaches must be current members of British Fencing, be BF registered coaches, appear on the Coach Search on the BF website and complete any event health survey (if required at that time) to attend.
